Throughout his career, Shahin has successfully managed and contributed to a wide range of projects, including major developments such as the Hanin Village, Hormoz Grain Terminal, facilities at the Vancouver, Ferries terminals, commercial parkades, industrial facilities, infrastructure rehabilitation projects, and large-scale concrete restoration works.
His expertise includes concrete repair and restoration, crack injection, corrosion mitigation, waterproofing, post-tension repair, structural rehabilitation, quality control, project coordination, and construction management. Over the years, he has collaborated closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, property managers, and facility owners to deliver practical, cost-effective, and long-lasting solutions.
